Absolutely great! We started with a realtor from somewhere else that was very pushy to make a quick sale. With already having a bad situation behind us, Melanie & Aaron Hurt were amazing. They were very patient with us as new home buyers, they gave great advise throughout the entire home buying process, they were flexible with their schedule, and they were overall kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them for anyone buying or selling!

Melanie and Aaron Hurt went above and beyond for us. We started our search to move back home to Iowa from Michigan over a year ago. We sold our home and were traveling in our RV for one year. When we or our girls would find a place, Melanie would promptly send disclosure. If we were interested, they would tour the home and do video viewings, so we would know if we needed to drive back. In this market it was hard because homes were going so fast, but we finally found the perfect home for us. Their communication and follow through was very timely and thorough. After the sale, they didnt move on to the next. They were truly excited for us and still check in to see how things are going. I shout from the rooftop, "this husband and wife team rocks." Aaron has exceptional construction and design skills and helped us see potential problems as well as unique building features of homes. I saw a quote that speaks to the integrity of this team: "We don't sell houses, we change lives."
Mel and Aaron went to see several houses with us before we found our house. As a firefighter also, Aaron was able to point out some structural issues on one that we were looking at. Mel however; helped us get in to see the house we purchased before the scheduled time as we were heading back out of state! She helped us work through lender issues and made the closing extremely smooth! We are so appreciative of all of your time and effort to make everything awesome!

We worked primarily with Melanie, she did a great job of prompt and open communication with the process. She was always available when we needed questions answered. She was good with giving us the answers to our questions. We appreciate that she kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on from the buyers side as well. This is the second time we have used Melanie and would not hesitate to use her again.
